I had an amazing apartment tour with Summer, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel so comfortable and easy. Summer answered all of my questions with patience and gave me a thorough look at everything the property has to offer.

The moment I came to NOVEL I felt welcome. The generosity of the staff and residents is unmatched. Everyone I have interacted with have been genuine and nice. NOVEL and the event staff, Helen and Chris, put on 4-5 events a month to gather the community in fellowship. I have met so many lovely individuals at the events which allowed me to gain friendships. Moving from a different state knowing no one was a risk, but my new friends have shown me around Charlotte and allowed me to feel acclimated. The property staff are great communicators making sure I have everything for my apartment that I need. The apartments are pet friendly! I would highly recommend renting an apartment at NOVEL.

I just toured this place and fell in LOVE with everything about it! From the apartment complex, to the amenities, to the friendly + knowledgeable staff members — I could go on and on. They even offered us a variety of refreshments + snacks to kick off the tour which was so nice of them. You can tell the staff here actually ENJOYS what they do and it seems as if they really value resident feedback.
I didn’t get our tour guides name, but he was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but great things to say about this place!

Although I am not a resident at this community, I would like to commend Summer on her professionalism. Though the circumstances from your sister property are not ideal for our situation; the compassion and professionalism shown by Summer by far exceeded my expectations. She immediately stopped to assist and show me the clubhouse. Thank you Summer for your kindness and compassion.

The move in process was so seamless and smooth! The staff at NOVEL has been so awesome and helpful with anything that we need! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place! Depending on the time you snag an unbeatable deal! And for the price, you see on the tour that your money is going towards creating a great community!
